Kelly as Lullaby Munchkin The Wizard of Oz is a 1999. Model #25818. Kelly doll measures approx. 4" tall. Lullaby Munchkin Kelly doll has long reddish color hair and blue eyes. Kelly wears a pink outfit that has a sleeveless shiny pink top with a pink bow at the neck and pink waistband. The skirt is glittery pink tulle and her pointed hat is shiny pink with glittery pink tulle trim just above the brim, and there's a small pink fabric flower w/green leaf at the pointed tip. Lullaby Munchkin Kelly wears pink shoes and has a rolled up paper attached to her hand. All provided descriptions are to the best of my ability and may not be exact.
