These replacement CD Trays (also called "Inserts") are the standard size replacements for ones you buy in the store! Often the center part of the tray that holds the disc in is the first thing to break in the CD Jewel Box - so save money and just replace the tray! A working tray is needed to hold the disc in place so it doesn't get scratched or dinged rolling around in the CD Jewel Box.
