Deep, dark and delightful. Café Spice Chai is a mélange of exotic spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and vanilla bean, conjuring up the aromatic delights of an Indian street market. Chai tea (which, when pronounced, rhymes with 'bye') originated centuries ago in India and is so popular in this part of the world that in Hindi, the word “chai” actually means “tea.” Wonderful with a touch of milk & honey. Traditional chai is often served like a latte, brewed strong and simmered in water, milk and sugar. (These statement have not been evaluated by the FDA.
