Turner is an English folk singer-songwriter and former vocalist of legendary UK punk band Million Dead. Like an earlier folksinger with roots in the punk movement, Billy Bragg, Turner spits out songs that are at once effortless and heartfelt, filled with venom, self-doubt, and love for the everyday people he meets in the street. This album was released in the UK in 2008 to glowing reviews and year-end best of lists and is now available stateside. His infectious melodies will worm their way into the hearts and minds of America. Look for him opening for the Offspring this summer.
