Contains proprietary blend of Aloe Vera, Butternut, Fennel, Ginger, Cascara Sagrada, Red Raspberry, & Peppermint. Dosage Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 15 and over: Take 2 capsules. Children 8-15 years of age: Take 1 capsule. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose.
