This Whole Wheat ABC Pasta Vegetable dry soup mix is made with whole wheat alphabet pasta and shells, organic barley, yellow and green split peas, and a variety of air dried vegetable. It is 100 percent natural and low sodium; no added preservatives, salt, or sweeteners. One cup of dry soup mix weighs about 1/3 pound and makes about 8 cups of soup when prepared.
