Cando gym ball base is used for stabilizing exercise balls and preventing them from rolling. For additional workout, the base has four built-in anchors and two grooves for attaching an exercise band or tubing (sold separately). The 19-1/2-inch diameter base is lightweight for portability, and versatile for fitting 45, 55, 65, and 75cm diameter exercise balls.
