You are purchasing one NEW spool of 5-3/4" (14.61 cm) and 10 yards (or 30ft or 9.14m) of POLKA DOT flocked Tulle. This flocked tulle has a design impressed and glued to white tulle. The Black on Black is Black Polka Dot on Black Tulle and is the exception. It is reversible and the design shows on both top and bottom. Tulle doesn't require stitching or finishing, it won't unravel! It is great for tutu skirts, pew bows, chair sashes, wedding decorations, table decorations, wrapping favors and gifts, inexpensive bows, and more!
