The Aji Limon, sometimes referred to as "Lemon Drop", is a medium heat fruity tasting pepper that has a large following. The plants are heavy producing and throw out hundreds of pods. They are great for eating fresh, canning, making hot sauce, or as one our customers stated, drying out and making pepper flakes. Very versatile and popular pepper.
