This coffee can only by made in a "briki" (small pot) and not in a coffee maker. Directions for making coffee: 1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot. 2. When the water is warm, add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well. 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 4. Let the coffee rise and foam, then remove from heat and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. Enjoy!
