For two years, Twin City's champion, Paragon Lad has been fighting crime and cleaning up the streets of the corrupt city. Countertron, the gang lord who controls the criminal element has been trying to defeat the hero once and for all but has failed every time. With the arrival of the mysterious villain Shadowfox, Countertron might finally get his chance to take down the heroic Paragon Lad and regain control of Twin City. For the first time, Paragon Lad must face off against two villains. One wants him dead and the other wants to enslave the hunky hero to his will and use him as a toy. Will this alliance succeed in destroying Paragon Lad, or will the hero save the day and defeat his enemies?
