The Esteez single Layer Cotton Lycra Pencil Skirt can be worn as a skirt extender, or as a fashion skirt. The fabric of this skirt is thin enough to be worn under a dress to add length to a dress that you find too short. There is no elastic in the waistband, so there is no chance of the 'muffin-top' look. This is a lightweight shell pencil skirt that has a good stretch, and is super comfortable.
