100 servings of highly concentrated Creatine HCl with no loading or cycling necessary. For adults, take one (1) rounded scoop (1g) prior to working out with 4-6 ounces of water. Creatine should be consumed within 10 minutes after mixing. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake. For maximum benefit, take 1 scoop (1 g) per 100lbs of body weight prior to your workout. On non-training days, take your daily serving with your largest meal.
