Product Review
These big plants flourish in the autumn and winter garden. You can see them thriving in January in Renaissance Seed's garden and they do great in summer too! Plant them in spring, watch them grow two feet tall, and then cover them with a frame in winter to protect them and they will just keep producing beautiful, delicious leaves. Eat them raw in salad, or the traditional way -- sautéed in butter with a touch of brown sugar, or balsamic vinegar, or both! An excellent self-seeder! HOW TO GROW: Plant seeds as soon as the ground can be worked in spring, or anytime in spring or autumn. Harvest individual leaves at any size. Plant12 inches apart. --These seeds are Genuine from Caleb Warnock's "Renaissance Seeds".
