Dosage: Two (2) capsules (preferably at bedtime) each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Active Ingredients: Magnesium (as magnesium orotate). Each capsule of Mg-Orotate 500TM contains 500 mg of fully reacted magnesium orotate. Other Ingredients: Capsule shell (gelatin and water), cellulose and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). This product is gluten and dairy free.
