The Bird of Paradise is an exceptionally attractive landscape plant with its highly ornamental, thick, glossy green leaves. The plant is stunning when it is in bloom. It is a member of the banana family (Musaceae) and comes from South Africa. It can stand short durations of temperatures down to 24 degrees. Full sun to part shade. Zones 9b -11. Grows up to 4 feet. You will be receiving 1 plant between 3 & 8 inches in a 3 inch deep pot.
