Wet the soap. Run soap repeatedly onto your hands to gather a small amount of lather. Using only the lather, apply light circular motion to gently clean your entire face and neck area. Do not rub. Wash thoroughly with cold water and pat dry. Apply heavy moisturizer after washing. Use this soap only once a day (preferably at night) for the first week. After the first week, you can use the soap twice a day for no more than 30 seconds to 1 minute. You may gradually increase application time to 3 minutes or more if it is well tolerated. It normally takes 8-12 weeks before you see the difference. Always use sun protection when going out. What to expect: Your skin will micro exfoliate (peel). This will be barely noticeable especially if you use a moisturizer. · Your skin is going to look like it's dry. You will go through the "cleansing stage," where the soap will remove all your dry, flaky and dull skin cells. Please note that this dryness is due to the papain enzyme buffing away your dead skin cells to reveal a smoother and even skin tone. It also helps reveal the healthier cells underneath.
