Bokashi Living's extra strength compost accelerator (bokashi bran) is a careful mix of bran and molasses infused with bokashi bacteria to help pickle your food scraps. Our 1.56kg bokashi bran includes two 780g bags of our premium bokashi bran. Each 780g bag of compost accelerator will provide enough bran to ferment 4 full kitchen composters. This is enough bran for at least 2-3 months of food scraps (based on an average family). Our extra strength bokashi bran is made using the highest quality bacterial culture (enhanced EM1 (plus)) and is thoroughly dried and tested before being shipped.
