The classic Jaguar D-Type has a rich racing history. The XKD504 chassis complete with body registration 376SG raced all the world from 1955 to 1963, in 43 events and racking up 4 wins. It was driven by legends of the sport including Salmon, Sutcliffe and Beub to name but a few. It was drivers Ivor Bueb and Jock Lawrence who, in 1958 raced the Nurburgrring 1000km and finished in 11th position having started in 18th on the grid.
