Caris has had the gift of sight since birth, but this time she had been wrong. The vision had not changed. The tug on her heart hadn’t changed. It had been Eric that was different. The man she had felt love and warmth from in the vision and nothing but coldness in real life was now in a coma, and she was the reason he was there.
Having no reason to stay by Eric’s side, Caris devises a plan to find and kill the man who imprisoned her people and now threatens her race.
