How to change from °C to °F.
Press the on/off button and wait until the thermometer is ready to take your temperature. Then press the on/off button for 3 seconds to change the measurement. You can do the same to change it back.

Step 1 - Prepare
it is prudent to give it a clean before using it again. This will ensure that any errant particles or germs remaining on the surface will be removed.

Step 2 - Switch On
The LCD screen should read "L" when it is switched on.

Step 3 - Position and Take Temperature
Place the thermometer in the mouth,armpit and so on. Then read the temperature in around 8-10 seconds.
