Get junior started on the right foot with the Diamondback Octane 20 Complete Bike. The Octane is equipped with a lightweight aluminum frame, so it's easier to pedal hill and easier to hang up in the garage. Unlike the bikes you see at the local department store, the Octane is a real mountain bike that your little ripper will want to get out and ride on trails. The one in the department store weighs twice as much and breaks constantly. The Octane 20 comes with a Diamondback suspension fork to take the edge off the bumps and a set of genuine Shimano brakes to slow things down. Shifting is taken care of by Shimano, as well, with the rest of the components supplied by Diamondback.
