Keep your Kai knives razor sharp with this simple, pull-through sharpener. It's set at the correct 16° angle to maintain your Kai knife's top cutting performance. A powerful suction cup secures the sharpener to any smooth countertop. Then just pull the knife through the sharpening slot several times to restore your knife's edge. To use, simply place the sharpener on a flat surface, push the handle down to lock the suction cup in place. Place the knife inside the sharpener at the heel of the blade and with gentle, firm pressure, pull blade through to sharpen. Blades are sharpened to a factory-like angle edge.
