The Lickety Split Light Bulb Changer features a patented adhesive pad that allows you to quickly and easily change most recessed bulbs, indoor or outdoor. Simply 1. peel the yellow "bulb-side" backing from the adhesive pad (retain it to reapply to the adhesive once the bulb is changed); 2. press the pad to the old bulb and turn counter-clockwise to remove; 3. twist the old bulb to remove from pad (never pull bulb directly off the pad); 4. stick the new bulb to the pad and install; 5. continue turning clockwise after the bulb has seated to release it from the pad; 6. recover pad when done. The accompanying 47” pole handle was designed with standard threads and will connect to most other standard extension poles or to another 47” Lickety Split pole, for changing applications that require a higher reach. The topper is approximately 3.75" in diameter. Caution: Do not change bulb when hot. For optimal use, replace pad after adhesive wears off.
