- OPTIMIZED FOR COMFORTABLE APPENDIX CARRY. Made from heavy duty "Sharkskin" breathable canvas and lined with cotton poly next to the skin, the holster is machine washable. It doesn't have to be hooked or clipped to your pants or belt, but has an adjustable IWB waistband which fits waist sizes from 18 to 48 inches with a waistband extender available separately.
