Our DIY 3D wooden animal puzzles are designed to nurture your child's imagination and creativity in a fun and engaging way. The puzzles are made of laser cut 3mm plywood and the pieces are individually slotted to interlock with one another to form a 3D model. Everything is pre-cut and assembled by pushing the pieces together. There is nothing to cut or glue. Directions are included to guide the way. Each puzzle can be painted and decorated however your child likes. The E0 level plywood is eco-friendly and non-toxic.

Psychologists have determined that a child's brain development is influenced significantly when a child acts on or manipulates the world around him or her. Puzzles provide that key opportunity. Children learn to work directly with their environment and change its shape and appearance when they work with puzzles.

The skill of effective problem solving is a valuable and important one. As a child looks at various pieces and figures out where they fit or don't fit, he or she is developing this vital skill.
