Lies mit mir! is for students learning German. The credits and introduction are in English, but most of the book is in German with some English helps and a German/English dictionary included. Answers are also included since the goal is learning the language, not test scores.

Included in this book are short stories, fairy tales, poems, verses, jokes, memory games, songs, articles, anecdotes, and much more. Readers are not immersed and on their own; there are prfe-reading and during-reading strategies, as well as post-reading activities.
