The sixth edition of this popular casebook has fully integrated the Supreme Court's latest decisions---Stolt-Nielsen, Rent-A-Center, AT&T Mobility, and Granite Rock---into the coverage. The new organization is more cohesive and better defines the issues of central importance to the area than the previous edition. The book also includes a new epilogue that contains materials on drafting arbitration agreements that can serve as a basis for a class workshop on drafting these agreements. The book's organization and approach reflect a continued and intense process of assessment of the field. It is completely up to date and gauges the work of the Supreme Court in the area.
