B.J. Carlyle -- editor of Alpha, the ultimate men's magazine -- grew up amid hot tubs and hot women at the infamous mansion of her father, L.T. Carlyle, the magazine's publisher. Landing the bestselling author, adventurer and man-of-the-hour is a coup; the competition would kill to get the exclusive. But she and Buck were in love once, and it ended badly.
