Since it founding in 1906, Newport Beach, California, has evolved from a small maritime port of ship building and commercial fishing, to a vacationers paradise boasting a mixture of boats, beaches, boards, and bling. Despite it's development, the core characteristics that make up the heart and soul of this coastal community, still remain --from the surf culture, to the historical landmarks. This is a photo essay dipicting all the beauty and recreation Newport has to offer.
