Long-quote crostics have quotes that are longer than those of traditional crostic puzzles. This does not make solving the crostics any more difficult. It just makes it more fun. Quotes in this book's puzzles all have at least 300 letters, with many approaching 400 and beyond. (Traditional crostic quotes have less than 200 letters.) This opens the door for a fresh variety of long, multi-word answers-colloquial phrases, figures of speech, names, movie titles, etc.-not often seen in more traditional crostics. And allowing for 300+ letters in the quotes means that the quotes themselves can have a real narrative arc leading to a satisfying conclusion
