\"America's Story\" is an easy-to-read social studies book ideal for elementary to middle school aged students. Book One describes the development of America, from the time of exploration and discovery through the Civil War. Each of the 21 chapters has 2-3 pages of text and colorful illustrations, followed by a two page review section. Includes a map of the U.S. and a glossary of terms.
