This work is a personal call to holiness for people in ministry. It urges ministers to continually study the Catechism, the Lord's Prayer, the Creed and the Commandments throughout their lives. It emphasises the importance of studying the basic Christian symbols; identifies the main activities of a minister - presiding at the holy table, preaching, collecting for the poor - and argues that these are central to the identity and spirituality of the minister; and, invites ministers to make God the focus of their lives and to fuel their ministry through prayer.
