Over 20 years ago, The MASTER Teacher author, Robert L. DeBruyn, wrote a book called Causing Others to Want Your Leadership. It was acclaimed by many as the best book ever written for school administrators. This breakthrough book contained the laws and principles of leadership and people management as they had never been defined and described before--giving school administrators a set of guidelines that, if followed, would guarantee success. DeBruyn does it again in a new book, Proactive Leadership in the 21st Century Classroom, School, and District. And, yet, this time he has written a book not only for every school administrator, but for every teacher, counselor, and department head as well. That's because in the 21st century, schools will not be able to meet the increasing demands of society unless every teacher as well as every administrator thinks of himself or herself as a leader and understands the laws and principles of excellent leadership.
