There have been new restaurants and lodging facilities since that time, some have been renamed, and others are gone. For the latest specific information, I suggest using the Web. If a more informative book had been published since then, I would be recommending it here. However, that has not happened, and this still remains the best overview of the Napa Valley, its history and the key things to see and do. I believe you can still find it very interesting and helpful. You can use Amazon's "Look Inside" feature to see the table of contents and also wander through much of the book, to determine if you find it useful for your purposes.
