It identifies why this problem is happening and provides guidelines to help prevent it from occuring. It offers instruction on how to transition from chemical relaxers without cutting off the hair but by growing it out with minimal hair breakage. It discusses care and straightening of natural hair without using pressing combs. It is a must have instruction for every Black woman who wants to take control of her hair.
