This book is a collection of patterns for small dolls (7½" or 19 cm). The book includes full size patterns and detailed sewing instructions for the Florabunda cloth doll and her outfits. In addition to Florabunda, the outfits will fit Madam Alexander's® Wendy, Vogue Doll Company's® Modern and Vintage Ginny®, Lillian Vernon's® doll, and other 7½" (19 cm) dolls. Measurements are given in both US and metric units.

Most of the patterns match those found in Sherralyn's book Sewing for Large Dolls. The patterns in that book are for the 18" (46 cm) dolls such as American Girl® dolls.
