Important Information! Effective July 2016, Virginia Board of Pharmacy adopted the MPJE (Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam) which incorporates Federal as well as state-specific law. This book was written for the older exam, the Virginia Federal and State Drug Law Exam (FSDLE). Use this book as part of a complete study strategy – other recommended resources include the DEA Pharmacist Manual and MPJE Competency Statements published by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). The MJPE Competency Statements can be found in the NAPLEX/MPJE Registration Bulletin on the NABP's web site.
