Gastrointestinal tract has a special structure and function. It lives in tens of thousands of vital microbial intestinal flora. The physiological function of the digestive tract is not just digestive food; it is a complex and biological organ. It acts on the body's metabolism; participate in the body's immune, play and its important physiological and neurological functions. Intestinal flora interaction with the gut€s brain, affecting people's emotions, appetite and even biological rhythm. Intestinal lymphatic immune tissue is the body's largest immune organs, involved in the body's immune function. Therefore, the ecological imbalance of intestinal microbial flora may be the main cause of autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia and neurodegenerative diseases. Gastrointestinal tract is the birthplace of autism spectrum disorder, and the key to treatment is to repair the gastrointestinal tract. Central nervous system diseases, like autism, can be treated by making changes in the digestive system. This is my experience after 16 years of study and research. I also have seen many children who have gotten help from a change in their diet to improve digestion.
