Spot, the cutest puppy in the world, goes to a costume party and tries figuring out which of his friends is wearing what costume. Other stories include "Spot's First Picnic," "Spot Follows His Nose," and "Spot Goes to the Fair." The colors are primary, the animation extremely simple but pleasing (though what works in the books that this series is based upon doesn't always translate into logical action), the characters fun, the stories good. Very much for little, little viewers. --Tom Keogh
