Product Review
Beavis and Butt-head were often lauded for capturing their audience so well because, in most of their cartoons, they don't actually do much of anything. Unfortunately, that lack also makes most of their collections boring. Troubled Youth is an exception, though--on this one, the Bs get busy. Whether they're enjoying watching a progression of teachers get injured, trying to kill a fly, or trying to kill each other, Beavis and Butt-head rarely stop moving on this 50-minute tape. One of the best surprises is finding out that Beavis actually has an aptitude for being in a position of power; when the two decide to start making citizen's arrests indiscriminately, the blond bonehead comes into his own and shows a hint of the security guard he might someday become. --Randy Silver
