Webber Photo Cards "What Are They Thinking?" contains 60 clever photos to improve children's inferencing and reasoning skills. All the people and animals in these fun cards have a "thought bubble" above their heads. Children use the cues in the photos to deduce what the person or animal in the photo is thinking.
