The Ninth Edition treats in detail the provisions of Article 9 (Secured Transactions) and updates the material on Articles 3 (Negotiable Instruments), 4 (Bank Deposits and Collections), 4A (Funds Transfers), 5 (Letters of Credit), and 8 (Investment Securities). It takes into account and discusses the 2010 Amendments to Article 9 and important developments in federal law governing payment systems. Ten new cases have been added. While also including new notes, problems, and text, this edition retains the mix of problems and cases present in previous editions. Current forms are included.
