This best-selling supplement contains Article 2 of the U.C.C., extensive excerpts from the Restatement (Second) of Contracts, the CISG, EU Directives, sample contracts and other domestic and international materials. Notably, the 2016 edition also contains the latest draft of a Restatement of the Law, Consumer Contracts. This supplement includes short annotations that introduce each selection.
