A Guided Exploration of the Mitzvot Found in the Weekly Torah Portion. To meet the needs of bar and bat mitzvah students, we developed Zot ha-Torah. Students (1) study one or two verses of each (54 included) weekly Torah portion in Hebrew, (2) read verses without vowels in Torah script, (3) study some aspects of the meaning of those verses, and finally (4) learn from them a relevant and do-able mitzvah. This is a Torah study geared directly to teachable opportunities found in the bar and bat mitzvah year.
