Sixteen Talks on Armenian Issues (2007-2012) by John M. Evans, Former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia

This publication complements Truth Held Hostage: America and the Armenian Genocide - What then? What Now? (Gomidas Institute, 2016), the memoir of John Marshall Evans, the former United States Ambassador to Armenia between 2004 and 2006. His distinguished career was brought to an end in 2006 by the State Department because he did not deny the reality of the Armenian Genocide of 1915.

Therefore, God Must Be Armenian presents sixteen talks and public comments between 2007 and 2012, where Evans engaged the Armenian issue in no uncertain terms. He stood by his words in the hope of influencing official policy in the United States on the Armenian issue. Evans still stands firm in his belief that the United States should reoccupy the moral high ground regarding the Armenian Genocide of 1915 - as it did at the time of the events in question.
