Becky Higgins is well known for her beautiful page designs, classic and timeless layouts, and her easy-to- follow scrapbook-page sketches. Becky states that it is so much easier to start a layout when you've got a great plan in place. It's easier to complete more layouts when you don't have to create your own design from scratch. And, it's easier to be creative with your page accents and color choices when you don't have to worry about whether or not your design is solid.
