As Coaches, we often feel a great deal of pressure to compete according to worldly standards of wins and losses and Xs and Os. We believe God calls us to a higher standard of coaching. Using the Bible in conjunction with Joe Ehrmann's book, InSideOut Coaching: How Sports Can Transform Lives, we have designed a series of weekly studies constructed as lampposts along the often lonely, bumpy and pressure filled road of coaching. Transformational coaching results in making an impact in the lives of others that lives on long after we're gone. Transformational Coaching occurs when we first allow God to transform us.
