Why This Book is Critical for Companies Looking to Constrain the Supply and Production Plan
Most companies want to constrain their production and supply planning. However, there is no other book that really focuses, at a detailed level, on these topics and on how constrained supply and production planning work together. While there are a number of consultants who can tell you how constraints will work in very specific ways with supply planning or within the production planning application, understanding--at the deepest level--how the constraints integrate across the two applications is rare.
