Sally and her brother are whisked away to the Wee-Sing Park for her birthday, where they are entertained by a marching band, meet friends, open presents--and then get soaked by the rain. The garish, poorly-lit, amateurishly shot and edited Wee-Sing productions are a compromised choice for kids, but the songs, costumes, sets, and constant action are bound to be of some interest for little ones. --Tom Keogh
